Right Turn : Adolescent Program

Evaluations

Our comprehensive evaluation determines if an adolescent has substance abuse issues. The evaluation consists of a bio-psychosocial assessment, specialized diagnostic testing, urinalysis, family assessment and clinical interviews with the adolescent and family members. Additionally, we gather substance abuse specific information from school, medical, mental health and judicial personnel. The evaluation may also include a psychiatric consultation. Treatment recommendations are made according to the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) care-level criteria. Each client's specific treatment needs are identified and addressed.
