Fee Schedule


Fees are based on a sliding scale to ensure each person’s financial situation is taken into account. No one is refused services because of their inability to pay. We accept private insurance payments, Medicaid General Assistance, Medicaid managed Care and contracts with employers for Employment Assistance programs.

Any change in a client's payment status during the course of treatment, such as a change in income or insurance, must be reported to our office as soon as possible.
