Donation Opportunities


Thank you for thinking of Perception Programs as one of your charitable donations this year. Your contribution will help people with substance abuse and mental health issues in so many ways. Each person we help also improves the lives of their family, friends, co-workers and neighbors. If you've known someone coping with substance abuse and/or mental health issues then you know what a celebration it is when the person is able to manage their lives in a healthy and responsible way. We have 16 programs that help that celebration happen. We provide residential treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient services, case management, and supportive & sober housing.

We provide services to more than 5,000 people each year. You can help provide treatment and services by clinking on our donation form for Perception Programs and mailing it with your tax deductible donation to:

If you would like to donate an item we are always looking for the following:

  • Men's underwear and socks (large sizes)
  • Winter coats for men and women (large sizes)
  • Personal care items: shampoo, cream rinse, toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razors and shaving cream.
