Agency Mission

Perception Programs, Inc. seeks to promote the well-being of the residents of northeastern Connecticut through reducing the incidence of substance abuse, criminal and at-risk behaviors. The agency will provide effective treatment and support to those individuals addicted to alcohol or other substances throughout the process of their recovery.

The agency will provide quality prevention and intervention services for those at-risk of alcohol/substance dependence and criminal behavior and persons with HIV/AIDS. We will work to ensure that these services are provided to all adults, children and their family members residing in Connecticut, regardless of their ability to pay. We will serve as an educational and clinical resource for community organizations, health, education and social service agencies, and public entities in order to collaboratively strengthen the social fabric of our community.
