Perception Programs, Inc. promotes the well-being of the residents of Northeastern Connecticut through preventing, treating, and reducing the harm from substance abuse, co-occurring mental health disorders, criminal behavior, HIV disease and associated at-risk behaviors. Through the expertise of dedicated staff, we serve individuals, their families and community organizations to collaboratively strengthen individuals and the social fabric of our community. We will ensure accessible, culturally competent, and cost effective services to promote our clients’ recovery, individual responsibility, and public safety. We work to ensure that our services are provided to all, regardless of their ability to pay. We are a dynamic and responsive agency, committed to and reflective of our community.
