Bill's House : Transitional Community Living

Admission


To be eligible for admission to Bill's House an individual must:

  • be 18 years or older
  • have successfully completed a residential substance abuse treatment program
  • be abstinent from drugs and alcohol and have a minimum of 30 days clean and sober
  • be able to live independently with minimal supervision
  • be in need of transitional housing
  • be willing to abide by all the policies and regulations of Bill's House

Individuals who will not be accepted for admission are those:

  • needing emergency psychiatric care
  • needing detoxification
  • who are at a high risk of responding to physical violence
  • needing 24 hour supervision
  • with needs that cannot be met by existing staff and/or the program
