If you don't know that you have contracted HIV, you might not make changes in your life that will help you stay healthier and live longer. Your immune system will be stronger if you do not use cigarettes, pot, caffeine, alcohol, heroin,cocaine or any other drugs. You will be more careful to protect your family, friends and significant others.
